This website is operated by A3R Ai Solution LLP (“we”, “us”), which trades as DentalKits. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we sell to

DentalKits supplies dental instruments, equipment and consumables to dental students and dental professionals in India. By ordering you confirm that the items are for your own academic or professional use.

2. College requirement lists

We publish instrument lists that colleges prescribe for each BDS year. We take care to keep these accurate and we mark each list as Verified, Community Verified or Pending Verification so you can see how it was sourced. Colleges can and do change their requirements mid-session. The list shown on this site is a convenience, not a substitute for your department’s own instructions, and you remain responsible for checking it against what your college has issued.

3. Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• The tax component is itemised at checkout and on your invoice.
• Prices can change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you pay and never added afterwards.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

5. Personalisation

Complete kits include complimentary application of the student’s name to the main kit box. You will be asked to confirm the exact spelling before payment. Because personalised goods cannot be resold, personalisation errors that arise from the text you confirmed are not eligible for return. Errors made by us are.

6. Brands and substitution

Where your college prescribes a specific brand, we supply that brand. Where it does not, we offer Economy, Standard and Premium alternatives and you choose. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with an alternative and will not substitute a different brand without your approval.

7. Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, stated on the product page where applicable. Hand instruments are covered against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, improper sterilisation and damage from dropping are not covered.

8. Your account

Keep your login email secure. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
