A3R Ai Solution LLP, trading as DentalKits, collects only what it needs to sell you a kit and deliver it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your college, university, BDS year and, if you give it, your roll number.
- Delivery addresses, including hostel addresses and landmarks.
- Your order history and the list of instruments you have told us you own.
- The name you ask us to apply to your kit box or instruments.
- Basic technical information — IP address, device and browser — used to keep the site secure and to rate-limit login attempts.
We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway; we only receive a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
Why we collect it
- To show you the correct instrument list for your college and year.
- To avoid selling you something you already own — this is the main reason we keep your purchase history.
- To personalise, pack and deliver your order, and to issue a GST invoice.
- To handle warranty claims, replacements and support.
- To send order-related email. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Courier partners — your name, delivery address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
- Payment gateway — the amount and a reference, so you can pay.
- Personalisation vendor, if you order instrument marking — only the text to be applied.
- Government authorities where the law requires it.
Where it is kept
On servers we own and operate ourselves in India. Product images are served through a content delivery network. We are not a large company, but access to the order database is restricted to named staff accounts and every administrative action is logged.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and tax records for as long as Indian tax law requires. Your account and instrument history until you ask us to delete them — note that deleting your history means we can no longer tell you what you already own.
Your choices
Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL — owner to supply] to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to opt out of non-essential email. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single cookie to keep you signed in and to remember the kit you are building. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
