Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from our facility in Sector 103, Gurugram, Haryana. Deliveries within Haryana are an intra-state supply and are taxed as CGST + SGST; everywhere else in India is IGST. Your invoice shows the split that applies to your delivery address.

Where we deliver

Across India, to both home and hostel addresses. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability. For hostel deliveries please add a landmark and a second phone number — hostel gates and wardens are the most common reason a delivery fails.

How long it takes

A college kit is assembled to order: we procure your chosen brands, personalise the kit box and pack it department by department before it ships.

• Dispatch: typically 7–10 working days after payment.
• Transit: a further 2–6 working days depending on your PIN code.
• Individual products and replacement items usually dispatch faster.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, with the courier name and tracking number. You can also track it from your account.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is calculated at checkout from your PIN code and the weight of the kit, and is shown to you before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

How your kit arrives

Complete kits ship as multiple boxes, organised by department — Conservative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Rotary instruments and burs, Equipment, Typodont, Accessories — each labelled with your name, college and BDS year. Multiple boxes may arrive on the same day but occasionally travel separately.

If delivery fails

The courier will normally attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep your phone reachable. If the shipment returns to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; a second delivery charge may apply.

Damage in transit

Check the outer boxes when you receive them. If a box is visibly damaged or opened, photograph it before unpacking and tell us within 48 hours at [SUPPORT EMAIL — owner to supply].
